Process Development
Exactmer offers process development projects at 10 mmol scale for proof of concept/ validation, across all fields of Nanostar Sieving™ applications (oligonucleotides, ADC linkers, PEGs). For interest in oligonucleotide manufacturing, we offer development projects to tailor the process for the sequence in question. For PEGabet technologies, we can develop a scalable synthesis suited to your drug-delivery needs. Get in touch to find out more or to submit a request for proposal.
Process Scale-up
Following process development projects, Exactmer offers follow-on process scale-up with Nanostar Sieving™, taking the synthesis beyond the multi-gram scale. These projects are designed to develop a manufacturing process to meet appropriate quality, standards, and batch-sizes/ synthesis scales relevant to the therapeutic.
Technology Transfer
Customers interested in exploring the Nanostar Sieving™ platform capabilities can have the technology transferred in-house, or to a selected CDMO. This gives our clients the freedom to conduct independent process development studies. Similarly, for clinical trials and commercial manufacturing activities, tech transfers can be arranged in-house or at a selected CDMO.
Membrane Supply & Technology Licensing
Following a Tech Transfer, Exactmer’s proprietary membranes and the licence to operate Nanostar Sieving™ technology are supplied together under a Membrane Supply and Technology Licence Agreement. Exactmer is the exclusive supplier of the Nanostar Sieving™ membranes, made in-house in our Advanced Membrane Manufacturing Suite. Contact us for further information.
Supply of Polymers
Exactmer plans to operate a scale qualification facility to supply customers with batches of oligonucleotides, ADC linkers and PEGs by Q1 2026. We also produce bespoke PEGabets for our clients. Strategic Partnerships
Together, we achieve more than we could in isolation. Exactmer is particularly interested in partnerships to further our programmes on alternative chemistry for oligonucleotide synthesis, and in designing PEGabets for next-generation ADCs.
